No complaints, the venue met what was needed, would be happy to recommend it. The location was marvellous, not too far from a grassy park. It was set in a lovely area.

Efficient and knowledgeable staff in all areas and nothing was trouble for them. Enjoyed our rooms with an amazing spa-like bathroom. We were in a magnificent location within easy walking distance of an Anglican cathedral.
There was a hard bed.

Charming stay with really good staff
My experience was good! The Classic Room was cozy with a lovely roll-top bath, and I appreciated the great staff. Breakfast was a feast with a variety of fresh options. I would have preferred a more extensive vegan menu in the restaurant to cater to diverse dietary needs.

atmosphere, food decor.
Bar sofas were a bit too big for short people to sit back on! The bedroom we had this time was a bit dark.
